We are seeking an experienced Composite Laminator to join our elite engineering team, producing world-class carbon fibre components that directly contribute to the success of race cars competing at the highest level of motorsport.
Key Responsibilities

Laminate high-specification carbon fibre components to the strictest quality standards and deadlines.

Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings and laminate manuals.

Prepare moulds and tooling with precision and attention to detail.

Load/unload autoclaves and complete breakout processes efficiently.

Ensure all processes, materials, and methods comply with design data.

Maintain exceptional quality standards under pressure and within tight schedules.

Support and uphold Health & Safety best practices at all times.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Proven experience in composite laminating, ideally within Formula One, motorsport, aerospace, or high-end automotive sectors.

Skilled in precise, hands-on laminating with a strong eye for detail.

Confident working accurately from technical drawings and laminate manuals.

Solid understanding of composite materials and advanced manufacturing techniques.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Proactive, flexible, and positive approach to work.

Calm, methodical, and organised under high-pressure conditions.
