We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Composite Trimmer to join our Trim Shop, working on the night shift. Operating at the cutting edge of composite manufacturing, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-performance environment where precision, craftsmanship, and technical excellence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Trim, assemble, and bond composite components and assemblies to exacting standards and production schedules.

• Proficiently use hand and air tools to achieve high-quality results.

• Perform visual and structural repairs to composite components.

• Carry out TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) on tools and equipment within the Composite Trim department.

• Consistently meet demanding deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.

• Multitask effectively while remaining organised and focused.

• Proactively uphold Health & Safety standards and best practices.

• Tackle technical challenges confidently and know when to seek support where necessary.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Extensive experience in composite trimming, fitting, bonding, and assembly—ideally within motorsport, aerospace, or high-end automotive environments.

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and CAD data.

• Excellent manual skills and proficiency with hand and air tools.

• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to work.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable team player.

• Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to assist across departments.

• Ability to perform under pressure to meet time-critical deadlines.

• Flexible approach to working hours as required.
