We are seeking an experienced Composite Laminator to support specialist gearbox projects within Motorsport/F1 consultancy.

Based in Oxfordshire, we are looking for adaptable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

You will be responsible for laminating gearbox-related composite components, tooling preparation, moulding, and contributing to fitting, bonding, and finishing processes as required.

Essential requirements:

Proven expertise in laminating high-performance gearbox components or other structural composite parts within Motorsport, Automotive, or Aerospace
Strong background working with structural composite laminates to tight tolerances
Flexibility to work across shift patterns and meet demanding project timelines
